Andrew Hurst
Founder and CEO
Andrew is the 3rd generation in a successful line of transportation logistics entrepreneurs. With two decades of industry leadership experience, he has built deep subject matter expertise in the areas of logistics and technology.
He is the CEO of Ark Transportation, where he developed a team and corporate vision that achieved revenue growth of 5x over 5 years. In addition, he built and launched Veroot, an award-winning SaaS technology company for compliance, now the most widely used tool in the logistics space. He serves as a strategic advisor for large consumer and logistics brands and won the 2022 Vistage Excellence in Leadership award, as well as the 2023 Smart Business Dealmaker of the Year award, for his outstanding contributions to the northeast Ohio executive community.

Bill Priemer
Former President and CEO, Hyland
As president and chief executive officer of Hyland from 2013 to 2024, Bill spearheaded the company’s transformation into a global leader in delivering intelligent content solutions, with thousands of employees around the world and more than $1 billion in revenue. He drove Hyland’s organic growth in addition to completing 11 acquisitions, and grew its customer base to more than 14,000. Prior to joining Hyland, Bill held marketing roles at FedEx and sales roles at AST, a personal computer manufacturer.

Hardik Desai
Managing Partner
Hardik has more than 10 years of experience working at large corporations and startup companies, where he held diverse technical and business roles. Prior to joining JumpStart, Hardik co-founded IR Diagnostyx in Columbus, Ohio.

Sergey Galchenko
VP, Engineering
Sergey is an innovative senior technology executive with extensive experience leading digital transformation and AI/ML initiatives for organizations ranging from startups to multi-billion-dollar industry leaders. He has a proven track record of architecting scalable cloud-native SaaS platforms and establishing robust security and compliance frameworks. Sergey’s career includes successful startup exits and leadership roles at Intelepeer, INTURN, Star2Star/Sangoma and Jo-Ann Stores, and he holds multiple patents in SD-WAN and communications enablement technologies.

Naveed Kiyani
Chief Financial Officer
Naveed is a seasoned finance professional who came to Delivered from Hyland Software, where he served as Chief Accounting Officer. He has experience running early-stage startups and multi-billion dollar finance teams across tech, private equity, real estate and asset management. He started his career in professional services in London before stints in New York and Hong Kong led him to his latest venture here in Cleveland.

Justin Torkelson
VP, Strategy and Operations
Justin is a tenured executive with nearly 20 years at the intersection of corporate development, operations, and organizational challenges that come with scaling a business. His experience spans the full range of disciplines that come from leading large, complex, cross-border transactions and includes organizational design, employment complexities, product and market strategy, and vendor and customer relationships. He began his career in business and technical consulting across healthcare, government, and higher education helping organizations solve some of their most complex and difficult problems.

Kristen Castelli
Controller
Kristen brings 27 years of accounting and reporting experience to Delivered. She began her career at Deloitte auditing small to mid-sized companies, then held leadership roles in a public shipping and mining company, a large union pension and benefit plan, and a billion-dollar software company. She also has experience in financial system implementations and cross-functional special projects.
